Founded in Dallas, Texas by tech veteran and passionate bonsai practitioner Kiel Moreland, CI/CD Bonsai was born from a simple realization: the principles that govern world-class software engineering—continuous integration, deliberate iteration, automated monitoring, and zero downtime—are the exact same disciplines required to cultivate a masterpiece bonsai.
Every tree is a living codebase. Trunks require solid foundations; branches are branches that must be shaped and merged with structural intent; leaves and foliage pads require iterative pruning to maintain energy balance.
We established CI/CD Bonsai to bring premium Japanese specimen trees, high-carbon forged tools, authentic Akadama soils, and expert seasonal care services to North Texas plant lovers and collectors.

Every tree in our nursery is acclimated to withstand Zone 8 high summer temperatures and sudden winter freezes before it ever leaves our benches.
Authentic Craftsmanship
We exclusively source hand-forged tools from Masakuni and Japanese artisan kilns (Tokoname), rejecting cheap mass-market imports.
